No. Plenty of our members started with zero. Your plan builds your points from scratch using the spending your business already does. If you spend money to run your business, you're already earning points — you just need the right system to capture them.
A membership teaches you the system, so you can earn and use points yourself for the long run. The Concierge is a done-for-you service: our team finds and books the best Business or First Class seats using your points. Many members use both.
That depends on your business, so check with your accountant. We give you a tax invoice for every membership so they can work out the right treatment for you.
