What to include: Your Qantas Points, Velocity Points, KrisFlyer miles, Asia Miles, and any other program balances. The more programs you have access to, the more options The Flights Club can find. You do not need to know which program to use — that's our job.

We search award availability across the programs relevant to your points balance, looking for the best combination of points cost, airline, routing, and availability for your dates.

Confirm & Transfer Points

Once you select your preferred option, you confirm the booking. The Flights Club then logs into your frequent flyer account (with your blessing) and efficiently handles the entire booking and ticket tax payment process on your behalf.

Payment sequence: (1) Transfer points to the required program. (2) Pay airline taxes to the airline. (3) Pay The Flights Club booking fee via invoice — you can use your favourite credit card. The Flights Club only charges the booking fee after the seat is confirmed — no find, no fee.

We Book & Confirm Your Seat

Once points are transferred and taxes paid, The Flights Club completes the booking and sends you the confirmed itinerary and booking reference. You'll receive the airline's full itinerary with all trip details, giving you the freedom to choose seats and meal preferences directly with the airline. Your Business Class seat is confirmed — all you need to do is show up at the airport.

What you receive: A confirmed booking reference, the airline PNR, and seat confirmation. The Flights Club remains available for any post-booking queries or assistance. The airline treats the booking as if you had booked it directly, as you are the account holder.

What the Concierge is — and isn't

Business & First Class Only

The Points Flight Concierge books Business Class and First Class seats only. We do not book economy, premium economy, or upgrades on existing cash tickets.

Award Availability is Dynamic

Business Class award seats are limited and controlled by the airlines. The Flights Club cannot guarantee specific airlines, programs, or travel dates. We find the best available option — but availability depends on what the airlines release.

You Must Have the Points

The Flights Club searches and books using your existing points balance. We do not purchase, lend, or transfer points on your behalf. You need to have sufficient points in the relevant program before we can complete the booking.

Online Requests Only

All booking requests must be submitted via the online form. The Flights Club does not take phone enquiries for concierge bookings. This ensures every request is processed accurately and nothing is missed.

Taxes Paid Separately

Airline taxes and carrier surcharges are paid directly to the airline — they are separate from the The Flights Club booking fee. Tax amounts vary significantly by program and routing, and are shown clearly when we present your options.

No Find, No Fee

The Flights Club only charges the booking fee when a seat is confirmed. If we cannot find suitable availability within your dates and points balance, you pay nothing. There is no search fee or consultation charge.

Concierge FAQ

How long does it take to find and book a seat?
Standard requests are typically turned around within 2–5 business days. Complex routes, peak travel periods, or requests requiring multiple program searches may take longer. Black members receive priority turnaround. We will always communicate clearly if a search is taking longer than expected.
What if I don't have enough points for the route I want?
If your current points balance is insufficient, The Flights Club will advise you on the gap and recommend the fastest path to accumulate the additional points needed. If you are a member, your advisor can also explore whether a different routing or program combination can achieve the same destination at a lower points cost.
Can I book for family members or colleagues?
Yes. You can book for any passenger — you do not need to be travelling yourself. Simply include the passenger details in your booking request. The points used must be from your own program accounts.
What happens if the airline changes or cancels my flight?
Schedule changes and cancellations are handled directly between you and the airline — The Flights Club's role ends at the confirmed booking stage. However, we are available to advise on your options and assist with rebooking where possible. This is one reason we recommend Platinum or Black membership for frequent travellers — your advisor provides ongoing support beyond the initial booking.
Do I need to be a The Flights Club member to use the Concierge?
No. The Points Flight Concierge is available to non-members at the standard fee. However, Explore members receive a 10% discount, and Platinum and Black members receive a 30% discount on all ad-hoc concierge bookings beyond their included allocation. If you're planning to use the Concierge more than once or twice per year, membership typically pays for itself.
What is the difference between the Concierge and a The Flights Club membership?
The Concierge is a done-for-you booking service — you provide the points, we find and book the seat. A The Flights Club membership is a broader advisory relationship: your advisor helps you earn more points from your existing business spend, builds your personalised Points Blueprint, and includes concierge bookings as part of the membership.
