B2Bpay, operated by Zenith Payments, is a payment aggregator service that allows business owners to pay bills using their credit card to earn reward points.

In partnership with Qantas Business Rewards, you can double-dip earning credit card points and QBR points at the same time.

What can I pay for?

B2Bpay is useful when a supplier does not accept credit card, or has a very Amex high surcharge (2.25% or more)

  • Paying the ATO (get full points)

  • Paying office rent

  • Paying local suppliers

EXAMPLE:

Paying $40,000 (to anyone) with your Amex Business Platinum charge card will earn 90,000 Amex points + 400 Qantas Business Rewards points. That gives you a business class flight from Sydney to Perth or Auckland - both over $1,500 value.

WHAT ARE Payment Aggregators?

A payment aggregator is a solution to enable you to pay any supplier with a credit card, including those who don’t take cards at all. Payment aggregators are trusted businesses that work like a ‘middleman’ between you and your supplier. This can include paying the ATO to avoid the govt points trap (more on that soon), paying a local business that only accepts EFT, or when their card fee is too high.

FEATURES & BENEFITS

  • Pay any supplier, even if they don’t accept credit card

  • Earn full points on ATO, government, telco, insurance

  • Easy to pay recurring bills

  • Connect to Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks

  • Earn 1x bonus Qantas Point for every $100 paid (on-top of the points you earn through your credit card)

HOW IT WORKS

B2Bpay follows a simple and similar process to other payment aggregators:

  1. LOGIN & SET UP: Set up your payment contacts, save your credit card info.

  2. NEW PAYMENT: Enter in the details of suppliers you wish to pay (EFT or Bpay). Enter the payment reference info.

  3. PAY BILL: Input the payment amount and select your credit card and confirm the payment.

  4. TRANSFER: B2Bpay will process the payment and charge the total amount to your credit card.

  5. FUNDS RECEIVED: It can take up to 3 Business Days for your funds to be EFT to your suppliers bank account.^

^The supplier receives payment from the payment aggregator.

Security note:

Payment Aggregators assist in payment security by recording the BSB/Account numbers of suppliers so that you know if you are asked to pay a new account number that might be out of the ordinary.
